Before you book
- How do I make a booking on your website?
Easy as pie, just choose your date and your vehicle and complete to booking process
- What information do I need in order to book?
All you need to do is complete our booking form.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?
Use our contact us form so we can send you a quote
- How do I pay for my transfer?
You may make your payments via Paypal. Also Cash on pick up but please note that you are only guaranteed a seat if payment is made online or you have prepaid in cash at our office
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
Yes, you may book a stop for an additional charge.
Before you travel
- What luggage entitlement will I have?
One large and one small carry-on is allowed at no charge. If you have more luggage you will have to add them on booking.
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?
The driver will have a sign with your name if being picked up at the airport or ferry dock. If being picked up at a hotel driver will ask for you in reception.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
If you cannot locate your driver please CALL US ASAP
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
Yes, we can accommodate group changes. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice or a service charge will be added depending on vehicle size
- How long will the transfer take?
It all depends on your chosen route. You can as the driver for a ETA
