Before you book

How do I make a booking on your website?

Go to our booking page, choose your route, travel date and vehicle, then complete the booking and payment. You will receive a confirmation by email. If you prefer, you can also book with us directly on WhatsApp +504 8763-1410.

What information do I need in order to book?

We need your name, travel date, pick-up and drop-off points, number of passengers and a phone or WhatsApp number. For airport pick-ups, please include your flight number and arrival time so your driver is there when you land.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

Please contact us or message us on WhatsApp +504 8763-1410 with your route, dates and group size. We arrange private transfers all over Honduras and Central America and will send you a quote.

How do I pay for my transfer?

You can pay online with PayPal when you book. Cash on pick-up is also possible, but your seat is only guaranteed if you have paid online or prepaid in cash at our office.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Yes. You can add stops along the way, for example at Lake Yojoa, a restaurant or a second hotel. Extra stops have an additional charge, so please tell us when you book.

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Each passenger can bring one large suitcase and one small carry-on at no charge. If you have extra bags, surfboards or other large items, please add them when you book so we can make sure there is room.

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

At the airport or the La Ceiba ferry dock, your driver will be waiting with a sign with your name. For hotel pick-ups, the driver will ask for you at reception.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?

If you cannot locate your driver, please call or WhatsApp us right away at +504 8763-1410.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

Yes. We can change your vehicle if your group gets bigger or smaller. Please let us know at least 48 hours before travel, otherwise a service charge may apply depending on vehicle size.

How long will the transfer take?

It depends on the route. La Ceiba to San Pedro Sula takes about 3 hours, and longer international trips can take a full day. Each destination page lists approximate times, and your driver can give you an updated arrival time on the day.
